Don't you love how marketers have caused such problems with the Power, IBM i, iSeries, AS400, System/400, green screen, System/36, System/38, or "The mainframe" :-)

At least with iSeries and AS400 naming I could easily find results with search engines.

Now with IBM i, I get searches about IBM, nothing about the "i" because its considered a useless search keyword.

I find that wrapping those 5 characters in quotation marks significantly
improves my ability to locate IBM i specific information.

Searching for AS400 or iSeries does indeed return many pages of hits,
but how many of them are useful in 2015?

Personally, I'm quite thankful the name changed. Searching for "IBM i"
is pretty much a guarantee of finding relevant (to me, today)
information. That there isn't much out there speaks to the lack of
contributors, in my opinion.
