You can create two different device descriptions, one without WSCST, one
with

1. CRTDEVPRT DEVD(STANDARD) DEVCLS(*LAN) TYPE(3812) MODEL(1)
LANATTACH(*IP) PORT(9100)
FONT(11) PARITY(*NONE) STOPBITS(1) TRANSFORM(*YES) MFRTYPMDL(*RICOHSP5200S)
RMTLOCNAME('1.2.3.4') USRDFNOPT(*IBMSHRCNN) SYSDRVPGM(*IBMSNMPDRV)

2. CRTDEVPRT DEVD(SPECIAL) DEVCLS(*LAN) TYPE(3812) MODEL(1)
LANATTACH(*IP) PORT(9100) FONT(11) PARITY(*NONE) STOPBITS(1)
TRANSFORM(*YES) MFRTYPMDL(*RICOHSP5200S) RMTLOCNAME('1.2.3.4')
USRDFNOPT(*IBMSHRCNN) SYSDRVPGM(*IBMSNMPDRV) WSCST(*LIBL/RICOH5200)

Now you have two outqs, two device descriptions, one to print normal
margins, one to print special margins, or whatever customization you did in
the *WSCST. I often create multiple definitions for different drawers of a
multi-drawer printer.

If you have not done WSCST before there are many previous posts, plus IBM
has many docs - this one may help
https://www-304.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=nas8N1019007
There is a pre-built form described PCL5UB04A and PCL5UB04B which describe
edge to edge printing (no margins)
I've done WSCST for Ricohs, but not for no-margin print.

If you have questions, or if this is not the answer needed let us know.

I honestly do not know Jim. I know that this is a brand new printer, used
for the first time and only printing one type of forms so far (let's call
it "A-Forms"). I checked and there is no other job in our company printing
to that printer.

About the *WSCST object: does not this controls the way the printer will
behave in general, this may affect the existing way that the "A-Forms" are
being printed, right? I mean, if I specify 0 margins, it will misalign the
existing "A-Form"; they are currently printing fine.

A workstation customization object *wscst should handle this. You can have
multiple device descriptions defined for the same printer/ip - each with
their own outq.
Question - does this printer truly have an IPDS card?
