Just go into Ops Nav and Database and add your schema(library). Display the
table and double click your table and it will open it up in definition.
Click on field and add your descriptions and save and it is done.

Note that the above would give you a two line column heading...It's a fixed
format 60 character label. Each 20 characters is a separate line.
