The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Thanks all for the recommendations. It looks like we have 3 main options: Sequel, NGS and Web Query.
It's not really fair for me to bash the one vendor we already have, but it is frustration with one of the product's documentation that's causing us to look for something else. In speaking with their tech support, we received an acknowledgement that their documents are not entirely consistent with each other. We're exploring the other two. If we don't find a ready solution, we'll just move the reporting over to SQL Server.
