I enforce passwords and use encryption.

If it's the first time your are using this, then you will need to run command ADDSVRAUTE your-profile QDDMSERVER the-remote-Userid remote-password.

Note:
When the remote user password expires, you will get a CPF9190 error. Use CHGSVRAUTE to give it the new remote systems password.
Rerun the program or do a retry.
