I looked for the dump under that user's name and it did not work. I also did a WRKJOB JWALK000G *OUTQ and nothing came up. I also did the entire qualified and nothing. Then I did a WRKSPLF [user-id] and there was no dump.

If the dump is under a different user, the job name would be QPRTJOB, not JWALK000G.
