the "display_check_pccmd" subroutine starts at line 3678.

I was able to implement a rudimentary STRPCCMD handler in our emulator.

I was somewhat surprised by the fact that (since each Java "Runtime.getRuntime().exec()" exists in its own process, effectively in a vacuum) each STRPCCMD ran in whatever was the current directory, and shelling out a CD command therefore had no effect on future STRPCCMD calls.

I was even more surprised to find that the only IBM-supplied emulator on hand (the one built into LAN Console) behaves exactly the same way, and I therefore don't need to do anything with at least that part of the situation.
