Must be available somewhere as I've used non-IBM emulators that supported
it.

Interestingly, the same emulators didn't support the 5250 GUI components.

And one must also take into account emulators that have no PCO or STRPCCMD
capability whatsoever. Which presumably includes all emulators not provided
by IBM, since I've never seen any publicly available docs on how the whole
PCO/STRPCCMD protocol is supposed to work.
