I read both links and I fail to see what is disabled.

Or do I have a different interpretation of "disabling OS features"? Me,
I'm thinking that would be something like disabling STRSQL and other parts
of 5770-ST1, too many I/O operations in RPG, etc.
Is the interpretation of enable/disable simply the difference between
'*ADD5053 ' and '*RMV5053 '?
