I know most of you folks aren't running IBM i in a Bladecenter, but *just* in case you do, anyone had recent luck running the Storage Configuration Manager? It is a web-based tool that installs on a Windows server (Linux, too, I believe) and it allows you to manage the storage on the Bladecenter. It's a pretty much single use setup and I use it so rarely I often forget that I installed it. In any case, I need to reallocate some storage and it just flat out doesn't connect to the SAS RAID controllers so I am dead stick. Seems to be a Java client thing but I can't tell for sure. Worse, I can't find any links that will take me to the download for the software that are on the IBM site. Most links dead end at IBM Systems Director but I can't tell if that has replaced the Storage Configuration Manager.

If anyone has recently used the SCM or knows what has happened to it (like, has it been replaced or is there a new version lurking somewhere?) could you let me know? It has seemingly disappeared from the IBM site.
