Standard predictive failure analysis imbedded within IBM i will
warn you of SSD End Of Life (EOL) failure.

Consider SSDs have been in the hands of various IBM i shops for
over 6 years now (yup, since summer of 2009) and I am not aware
of a single one which has failed due to EOL.
