I can't redirect it a file in QTEMP, but this seems to work for sending
STDOUT to a SRCPF.

RUNJVA CLASS(QIBMHello) PROP((os400.stdout
'file:/qsys.lib/kevin.lib/qtxtsrc.file/javaout.mbr')) OUTPUT(*NONE)


The member has to exist, or otherwise it errors out. It will replace the
contents of the member everytime it's run.
