Subject: Override for printer file not working?
From: blhowie66@xxxxxxxxx
To: midrange-l@xxxxxxxxxxxx

Hello all,

I'm having an issue where I'm trying to hold a spool file that is created
by an interactive job. I can set it up using QCMDEXC from within my
interactive program and that works, but this unfortunately allows for no
error recovery (if for some reason the spool file isn't there, etc.). So
I'm trying to set it up with just a straight call to a CL program whose
only job is to run the OVRPRTF command and have a MONMSG after it. Doing
it that way does NOT work.

Anyone have this happen? Is it some issue with calling a separate program
to do it? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Bill Howie
