Assuming that it's a windows machine,
and, assuming that you are a domain admin,
you could try opening up Windows Explorer (not IE) and pointing that to
\\10.10.8.237\c$
Once there, drill down into the Users directory
and see if that helps peg it for you.
Unlike remote desktop, Dameware, etc, they normally don't have idea you
just tapped into their computer.
