We mostly have Dell Racks with square holes but one IBM rack with non-threaded round holes . The Rittal racks in Chicago and have non threaded round holes.

Are you talking about 4 post enclosed racks or two post racks? Our two post racks hold our network patch panels as well as our network gear. They are all threaded holes. Some equipment comes with screws that will not fit but we purchase the proper screws by the box.

1) What is your current rack manufacture?

2) It wasn't only a spacing issue, but the holes had to be drilled larger.
