Thinking about the actual business problem, create a view joining
the header to the detail and use that for Crystal.


The issue is generic; for a generic RDBMS view of what is available via the SQL client from the server's DB, the presentation necessarily omits those Multiple Format Logical File (MFLF) database files that are considered non-relational [thus failing to meet the 'R' of RDBMS]. They are excluded by the SQL Catalog VIEWs and the ODBC [and JDBC] listing APIs; the selection in the VIEW will be visible on the WHERE clause of the SELECT as the effective predicate: DBXREL='Y'
