Hello all,

We recently replaced all of our copier/printers with new ones. (Kyocera
TASKalfa 4501i KX)

Paper trays 1 and 2 contain 8.5x11" paper. When tray 1 runs out, we've
set up the printer to feed from tray 2. This works fine for Windows jobs.
(Hence, we're not changing it.)

This also worked fine (on the previous printers) for "i" jobs. We're set
up as devices, not remote outqs.

On the new printers, when tray 1 runs out, the printing stops and we get
an error on the i.

I have consulted the IBM printer info and tried every permutation of
MFRTYPMDL listed. I've also tried messing around with a WSCST to no avail.

Has anyone seen this and dealt with it?

Thank you.
