If it is a standard NiMh 3.6V with 2000mAh (on the 5706 in a Power5 520), use a racing car charger which can handle NiMh batterys 
and load it for 14h at 200mAh - usually, good replacement batteries
come charged - but some were several months in stock so they are not at 100%...
