I'm not sure what you mean by "Question Mark", but my About Mozilla Firefox shows "37.0.2" and "Firefox is up to date".  Running Win7 Pro.

Btw: Win 7 Pro, maybe there a differences depending on OS. Checked my Android Phone, it is on FF 38 too.
