Now that is an interesting question.
What would you expect your input to be?
What results would you expect?

select JobName, JobNumber, JobUser, SpoolName, SpoolNumber, SpoolText
From qsys2.RetrieveSpoolInfo(
OutputQueue :
OutputQueueLib :
SpoolUser :
JobName :
...
)
where SpoolText contains "$2,097.65";

Not that it's near close enough, but the closest I can see is:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/ssw_ibm_i_72/rzajq/rzajqudfgetjobinfo.htm?lang=en-us

Think of how you could adapt API's from here:
http://www-01.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/ssw_ibm_i_72/apis/print1b.htm?lang=en-us
into SQL.
Then it's just a matter of creating a view or UDTF that will do that for
you.

Actually this list is being monitored by IBMers hungry to generate such
SQL enhancements...
Helps if you go through the trouble of
