I should have responded earlier.

A message from Terry had a web page. Found the contact number. Got
directed to support. A very helpful and productive call (about an hour).

subject: ROBOT issues

This is Robot on the remote system. Not sure anybody there knows anything
about Robot anymore.

There is a library on that system with thousands of save files. I
restored one to a different library. Six files. Looked like Robot
combined a lot of spool files. The original spool files will need to be
extracted and saved for several yers.

There are also a huge number of spool files in one output queue. We have
no idea if the spool files are the same as the save files.

No customer id information.

No idea how to contact Help Systems.

Can anybody offer any suggestions? Contact me off list if you want to.

Thanks.

John McKee
