The IBM i Access Client Solutions 5250 emulator supports many different programming interfaces, including Host Access Beans for Java and HACL Java. That's true, with iACS IBM split off the Data Access components into a separate Windows installer. That does not include the PC5250 DLL's however.

Making an assumption that you might mean the OLEDB and/or the ODBC DLLs. At the ESS site is a download for (I recall) what is call "windows component". I believe this contains the windows code that is in the base install.
