AppServer4RPG is an extensible Framework for serving multiple native RPG/COBOL/CL clients with one prestarted JVM in a multithreaded environment. This approach has a smaller footprint than running multiple JVMsand scales miuch better than an RPG/DataQ implementation as it is running multithreaded.

To use this Framework, you would have to write a Java EventHandler extending the equal named Interface containing the Java part of your logic. All communication, threading and session handling is done by AppServer4RPG. If you would need support to implement usage of AppServer4RPG feel free to contact me via eMail, you will find an adress at Sourceforge or in the presentation. Normally it takes me one or two days to implement an extension, if you have a working example of your synchronous solution.
