Yeah, I'm looking at the 7.1 SQL reference (in PDF form), and it has
change bars in the margin for those elements.

For completeness, maybe it's worth mentioning that TO_CHAR is an
alternate spelling of VARCHAR_FORMAT. (The listing in the contents is
VARCHAR_FORMAT.)
