A simple search of the Knowledge Center for sql trigger turned up a good
hit. I think you want an "after" trigger such as

create trigger mytrigger
after update of MyColumn on MyTable
...

are changed or a record is added and have it call an RPGLE program.

Can I do this with SQL?
