Those are just the normal FTP server jobs initiated when someone tries to
do ftp with you.
You can start a comm trace and see the IP address of people coming in on
that port.
Perhaps the message that they cannot determine who it is was because they
are not DNS registered anywhere. Are you paying for benevolent hacking?
If not, you might want to batten down the hatches.
