Switching them around. That's a good idea.

I don't know if the printers firmwares are the same, the customer says they
were purchased at the same time but that doesn't mean anything.

They are both setup as real Devices, not remote outqueues. I've compared
the device configs, they are identical.

I remember that certain remote outqueues would not support copies. But
