Well that is a pretty stupid survey, because there are good reasons that people can't go to 7.2. Getting off of V5R4 and 6.1 is always the right thing to do. Getting to 7.1 is very good, getting to 7.2 is great. But there are valid reasons that people can't get to the latest release

What about my hardware is a Power5 520 and doesn't support 7.2?
What about my hardware is Power6, but I have an 0595 attached to it which doesn't support 7.2?
I am running WebSphere 7 and I can't upgrade yet.
I am running an older version of Domino that isn't supported on 7.2.
I use Java 1.4.2 or 5.0 and that isn't supported on 7.2
I am currently on V5R4, and upgrading in one step to 7.2 isn't supported.
I agree that all the good vendors should be supporting 7.2 by now, but what happens if a company has made too many changes to their ERP package and can't retrofit their mods to the new version?
I can go on with other valid reasons.

Don't beat people up because they aren't on 7.2. Help people who are on V5R4 get upgraded to 7.1, help people who are on 6.1 get to either 7.1 or 7.2.
