We have months of pending joblogs. While researching some comm problems,
realized we were not seeing all joblogs (looking at spooled output).
Is there a command to convert all these pending logs to spooled files
without having to visit every job through WRKJOBLOG?
Is my only option to stop this in future to change all the jobd's that have
LOGOUTPUT = *PND?
