I would just setup a job to run at 5 AM that calls a CL that submits all
of the jobs using the SCDTIME for each hour & be done with it. That way
you don't have a "NEP" hanging out in the system all day long.

Thanks everyone for the suggestions and ideas. The job that needs to run
every hour takes about 2minutes complete but takes a good portion of
system
resources. I would like to find a way to not have the solution run
constantly to trigger every hour.
I know that cuts down my options and i know enough about cl to make new
dangerous. 😊

AJS (Advanced Job Scheduler) handles this with no coding changes.
You pick the interval you need, hours, minutes, seconds.
It also has options not to run between certain times.

I have a program that is currently submitted 3 times daily via the job
scheduler.
The manager is now requesting the job be run every hour between the

hours

of 5am and 11pm.
What would be the more efficient way to accomplish this other than
creating way to many job scheduled entries for the same job.
