Have the last step of the job re-submit itself with a schedule time 1 hour from now.
You'd have to check the current time and only re-submit between 5AM-11PM... and figure out what the time 1 hour from now will be. You'd only need a single job at 5AM to start the process...

Or use Robot/Schedule and tell it to run every hour...
