Before he runs into it and gets even madder, can someone confirm or deny
that the system tracks reloads (counter in an eprom or something) and
eventually prevents you from installing without some "special instruction"
from IBM. I was told that was the case but the 270 died before I ever got
locked out so I don't know if it is true.
