RE: RDX drive on POWER8, do I have to use IBM cartridges?

I've never tried one but I would not think there is much of a difference.

I’m planning on buying an RDX dock with a new POWER8. The IBM cartridges are expensive compared to other brands, do I have to use IBM cartridges?
