The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

We use ABS Messaging. It was purchased before I got here so I'm not sure
of the initial cost. Works well for us and support is excellent.

One of my clients is in the same boat (17 LPARS on 5 boxes). Their
solution
was to buy some HP software called EView. It sends emails and text
messages,
and creates tickets automatically into the Remedy help-desk database.
There are ladies present, so I shall refrain from commenting further.

When you have 3 boxes with a total of 14 lpars of IBM i it starts to add
up into some serious change. And you have to watch that annual
maintenance in addition to initial price.
