RJS Software - now a part of the Help Systems family - has a product called FTP/400 - CL commands with error return codes - that can do all this. It is called FTP/400 - a mature product that works very well. It is purely for doing FTP out of your CL programs. Townsend's product will have more stuff, probably setting up registry items for security management, etc. Your requirements don't seem to ask for all that.
