I'm lobbying to try and get a ticket for the 2014 Technical University in
Brazil (that's as far up as i might go right now), that one seems to
combine all technical tracks into one conference. That means POWER,
Storage, X and Z in the same 3 days, shame i can't multiplex myself.
Does anyone here have any opinions on it's agenda?

Also, don't know if you are in the area or not, but I am doing an all-day
event on RPG Modernization at the Gateway/400 group in St Louis next
Thursday, Sept. 11. Sessions will include:

Modernization Roadmap - High level look at all areas of application
modernization

Hands On Lab with Profound UI - Bring your laptop and get a chance to play
with our tools in a guided environment

HTML5 for the RPG Developer - Intro level session on what HTML5 really is
and some of the features you can add to your web applications immediately.

Organization of an ILE Application - An in depth discussion of how I
organize my ILE applications.

I believe they are only charging $40 for nonmembers. That is more than
reasonable for a full day of education.

Once again they combined it with the System Z technical conference.

and you've got less than a week for the early bird rate.
