I don't know for sure but last I heard the IBM SMTP serer
or TLS and authentication is "iffy".
And the settings are server wide for authentication which
you want to use different "from" addresses. Most cloud
settingpasswordoverride the "from" address with the authentication user id
Or if you want to use multiple servers, a global server wide
work in that case.
MAILTOOL Plus is fully configurable at the command level for
settings, and uses configuration files that really helps as well.
I quit fighting with the IBM SMTP server things years ago, not
IBMunpredictablebecause of these lack of features, but because it was so
hard to debug.

server for sending the emails.
