The number of messages, minimally, is a cause of the joblog to fill.
Review for what messages appear repeatedly in those QPJOBLOG spooled
files that were produced. Modify the program(s) that run in that job so
that they avoid and\or remove any unnecessary messages being logged;
having done so, the Job MsgQ will since, become full at a slower pace
and might not even reach the threshold.
