The size of a library is not stored.
You would need to total the size of all the objects in the library.
QSYS/RTVDSKINF
Then
QSYS/PRTDSKINF RPTTYPE(*LIB) LIB(*ALL) OWNER(*ALL) FLR(*ALL) OBJ(*NONE) OBJTYPE(*ALL) MINSIZE(0) SORT(*SIZE).

I have an AJS job that runs early every morning, details always available.
QSYS/RTVDSKINF can take some time depending on your system and/or DASD type.
Production SSD - 5 minutes
R&D spinny 10K - 2 hours 50 minutes.

Try

SELECT SCHEMA_SIZE FROM SYSSCHEMAS WHERE SCHEMA_NAME = 'Your Library'
