RE: COBOL alternative to GOTO

fixed

Hi Gary
Its been DECADES since I last did COBOL - and then it was on a UniSys system
The equivalent of GOTO is GO TO (note the space between)
Or you can try and use
EXIT (I think - at least it was back then on THAT system)

Subject: COBOL alternative to GOTO

Very weak in COBOL.

Working on an old COBOL program, trying to get a clean compile and maybe make the code more readable.

What alternative do I have to GOTO ?

Don't see anything like "RPG LEAVE/LEAVESR" in my ILE COBOL manual ?
