Yea, we are aware that getting this from the ESS site is not the most
friendly. Today you actually have to order the entitlement. We have
reached out to the ESS team and they are working on making an update so
that the XH2 update entitlement will show automatically under your SS1
entitlements. Should make the process much easier. At least then it should
be find-able. The iAccess Mobile Web Page will be updated with these new
instructions once they are complete - Couple of weeks I have been told.

My BP had to order the refresh. I had never downloaded software from that
site and once the refresh was ordered it appeared under 5770XW1.

And my BP warned me to let them order the upgrades. Apparently if you do
it wrong via the ESS there's some small print that says never ship me
media for free ever again or some such thing.
