To keep the AJS from running, change system controls like this:


JS Advanced Job Scheduler for IBM i
System: S02
Select one of the following:

1. Work with jobs
2. Job history information
3. Job reports
4. Job controls
5. System controls <--- Use this option

10. Report distribution


JSSYSCTL System Controls
System: S02
Select one of the following:

1. Start monitor
2. End monitor
3. Change system controls <----- use this Option
4. Work with function authorities
5. Change job authority
6. Change notification command
7. Work with Operating System job schedule entries
8. Reset jobs
9. Start console monitor
10. Work with work flow authorities
11. Work with AJS job monitors


On the Change System controls Screen, enter a date and time that you DON'T want AJS to be active:
