Where are the disks you want to initialize located? The T9 adapter is the
integrated one while the P1-C1 seems to be an older style SCSI adapter on
the 5790 exp. Either of them should be a load source. I'm not sure about
P1-C2, feels like it could be a cache card for the one on C1...
Also, are you attempting to IPL from a USB dvd? because your alternate
restart device is set to the USB controller... (if using the CEC's DVD it
should be the T9 adapter)
