RE: need for simple web screen

fixed

Not there and probably never will be since we build some and buy some and some of what we buy does not run on i. I would like to be able to keep everything I build on iSeries and not have to bring any windows servers into the mix for those applications.

Never knew a 100% iSeries shop still existed.

Now if only Microsoft would allow me to deploy asp.net on my iSeries hardware so I don't need to real with putting up a windows server and adding to my support overhead.

It appears you've answered your own question.

Not going to argue with Rob that this is theoretically a viable option
BUT

IBM have not done anything with this tool for many, many years. They
have dropped it completely from _every_ platform except the IBM i.

Unless you know you are going to do this one simple web report and
then retire before anyone asks you to do another I can't recommend it.
It is a dead end.
