I thought it was 7.2 going GA Friday...

The POWER8 hardware still being a couple months out..

As usual MF99008 is 'just a PTF' so you will want the entire TR group.
While it is very likely that the needed hardware support is in MF99008
there may very well be subsequent fixes you'll want that come in the
group itself.
