Can you run remote commands (RUNRMTCMD)?

Can you create a DDM connection and use SBMRMTCMD to start TELNET or other servers?

Was someone was playing with intrusion detection and locked everyone out of the system? Anything show in Navigator?

Our production box just went completely unresponsive. TELNET, server jobs, you name it. We can get to a sign-on screen in LAN Console, but it doesn't sign on.

HELP!
