Tried a
DSPLOG MSGID(CPF1241)
and found 3 jobs

Job 813000/MASTER/DSPDIRGRP completed normally
Job 813001/MASTER/DSPDIRGRP completed normally
Job 813853/ADOPT/SYSASP completed normally on

What did they all have in common?
They all had MSGQ(QSYSOPR)!!!!!

So I F9'd to this
ADDJOBSCDE JOB(RUNONCE) CMD(DSPJOBLOG OUTPUT(*PRINT)) FRQ(*ONCE)
SCDTIME(1505) SAVE(*YES)
and changed it to
ADDJOBSCDE JOB(RUNAGAIN) CMD(DSPJOBLOG OUTPUT(*PRINT)) FRQ(*ONCE)
SCDTIME(1520) SAVE(*YES) MSGQ(QSYSOPR)
DSPLOG PERIOD((1519))
Job 816729/ROB/RUNAGAIN submitted for job schedule entry

That last one is the message you're looking for.
This made me go back and do a DSPMSG ROB (I never check that - ever.)
and there is a whole list of those CPF1241 messages.
