The DSPOBJD is a /red herring/.

The DSPUSRPRF request noted in the above logic would only have any entries for QDFTOWN when the Display User Profile request was against the user profile object named QDFTOWN. Thus the code is simply the latter three steps; i.e. starting with DSPUSRPRF QDFTOWN *OBJOWN OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) followed by a loop "For each entry that is owned by QDFTOWN, run CHGOBJOWN."
