Rob, I must strongly disagree with your suggestion that your example may
be "just" staging data. You have everything there you need to do some
serious identity theft. You may find yourself liable for all sorts of
legal liabilities if you even let unqualified users on your own system
see this information.

Mother's maiden name
Social security number
Bank account number
Account balance.
Even though that's just 'staging' data, there is a slight possibility
may want security on that.
