What problem are you trying to solve?
Just DB2 locks?

What jobs are causing these locks?
Just remote SQL requests?

How do you stop these remote SQL requests?
Is ENDTCPSVR SERVER(*DDM) sufficient?
Nope, that did not kill a iNav Run SQL Scripts session
Is ENDHOSTSVR *DATABASE sufficient?
Nope, that did not kill a iNav Run SQL Scripts session
How about ENDHOSTSVR SERVER(*DATABASE) ENDACTCNN(*DATABASE)
Yep that blew it to hell.
Followed that with STRHOSTSVR SERVER(*DATABASE).
That 'Run SQL Scripts' session couldn't get restarted. Even with SET
CONNECTION, CONNECT RESET, CONNECT TO, etc. Kept getting SQL state 08003.
Started a new 'Run SQL Scripts' session and that started just fine.
Ran another ENDHOSTSVR SERVER(*DATABASE) ENDACTCNN(*DATABASE). I could
not run a new 'Run SQL Script' session, until l ran the STRHOSTSVR
SERVER(*DATABASE).

So, instead of killing subsystems and whatnot, will that work?
